「The hotel is quiet and nice.The waitesses are nice and friendly. Branda is helpful.Our ranger Clifton has sense of humor.The kids like them.Nevermind is patient and helpful too.Clifton and Nevermind tried their best to let us to see animals as many as they can. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.It was an interesting experience. Thanks.」

「Top Location, excellent Travel desk, great architecture, nice rooms. Breakfast good choice, evening buffet so so. Some staff (reception etc.) very friendly and caring, but some especially in the restaurants not. Travel desk was extremely helpful and flexibel in organising tours. Bad experience in the Restaurant Pegasus - in terms of staff and food quality. However a very nice experience.」

「What a fantastic stay st the AM! We were given a large house of our own with its own swimming pool! The staff were excellent and the food by chef Ana was delicious!! Fresh, tasty and she made vegan for me and healthy for my traveling partner!! The animal guides were knowledgable and we saw many animals during the morning and evening drives. Then the boat cruise through the nearby canyon was fabulous!」

「They left the window open after housekeeping. The monkeys entered and ate our food. The manager on standby was rude and biased and didn't want to believe at first when I told her the list of the things the monkeys ate and that we didnt open that window.
