「2年前就經過這個飯店，當時就想以後要來住，後來Hotel訂房網站上隨便找的，沒想到一到達才發現是我2年前想住的飯店，最棒的是，你可以一整天都待在飯店裡不用出門，因為飯店裡設施應有盡有，且老少咸宜，有小型高爾夫球場.孩童遊戲區.大人視聽娛樂區.XBOX三台等等，以及飯店內設有一家餐廳和酒吧。飯店著名的還有一間SPA中心，服務品質很好，算是在南非數一數二。選定好SPA療程後，會進去蒸氣室20分中，服務很周到，還提供茶水以補充蒸氣室流失的水分，接著才會帶入SPA房間。」

「国立公園でのトレッキング目的で利用させていただきました。国立公園のど真ん中にあるので部屋からの景色は抜群に良かったです。当方は片言の英語でしたが、フロントのスタッフの方々は熱心に案内して下さり、トレッキングの相談も親身になって対応して下さり本当に助かりました。 この日は利用客が少なく、レストランは閑散としていてスタッフの方々も暇を持て余している雰囲気はありましたが、アラカルト方式の夕飯も朝食もとても美味しかったです。」

「Tugela Fallsへの登山目的で利用しました。 宿泊前からメッセージにて丁寧なご案内があり、相談にも乗って下さりました。また当日も、当方は片言の英語でしたがレセプションの方には熱心に相談に乗っていただけたのがとても助かりました。ロケーションは山の尾根上にあるため周囲には絶景が広がっていて抜群。その絶景を眺めながらの夕食も美味しく素晴らしかったです。朝一のシャトルを予約してであげるTugela Fallへと向かいましたが、登山用のお弁当セットも用意して下さり、滝を眺めながら食べたサンドイッチが格別でした。」

「Stayed here on a short 3 day business trip to Lesotho. The staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms looked to have been recently updated. It also looked as if the rooms had been recently updated with new floors, paint and lighting.
