「Parking and breakfast are great. Air conditioning is not great, either way too cold or not cool enough. Walls are thin so you can hear people passing in the hall. The rooms are nice enough price isn’t bad for what you get. Not the best staff in lobby or restaurant, but not the worst either 😅」

「Loved our stay. Mom and 4 kids. Beautiful space. Fantastic staff. Very helpful with local recommendations, food delivery afterhours and services in the hotel. Very comfy rooms. The included breakfast options were very diverse and delicious - lots to choose from (they offer complete menu included for breaky!). We felt the value was wonderful. Very happy there and will 100% book again if in Leon! Highly recommended. Only downside was sno hot water showers but it did not affect our stay overall....

「The front guy from the check in didn't know much of what was going on. It took a while te get our room keys and to be charged. We were in a hurry so I just the rooms and they smelled awful and one of the beds had red spots. I let the guy know and he said he would see it later so I took off. When we came back I didn't want to stay there so I told him if we could have a refund or at least half and they said NO. I went to find another hotel where I stayed. I wouldn't recommend or have this...

「Fabulous placer to stay right on the beach! There’s a swimming pool and lovely grounds with tropical plants and comfy hammocks and lounge furniture. Staff members Gustavo and Justino were pleasant and super helpful when it came to giving us info about local restaurants and local activities. They even set up our shuttle to our next destination. The room was very clean and had AC. AND there were beach cruiser bikes available at no extra cost. HIGHLY recommended !!」

「I booked and paid for this hotel before arrival. At check in, I was told my card wasn't working so I would need to pay another sum to check in. I showed the staff my credit card statement with the payment, after which they claimed I had only paid for half of the amount. I paid because I needed the room, but hotels.com refunded me later. Unfortunately, this felt like a scam, but I don't blame the staff for it, it seems like they were told to do this by the managers of the hotel. The room itself...
