"We have booked through Expedia for years and this was our first bad experience. This is a house not a hotel that we booked so our daughter, her husband and their newborn baby could join my husband and myself for a few days. We had hoped for the space a house provides. This house is not as described. First we were only given a phone number to call for instructions on how to enter the house.
