Amazing staff!!! Emmy and Patricia excellent staff!!!

Great location, staff really nice and very helpful. room, pool breakfast absolutely great

The emphasis on great service was noted from the second we arrived and throughout the entire stay.

have had the great fortune of being a guest at Rosewood on numerous occasions, and each visit reminds me why I always look forward to returning. This most recent stay was for three nights, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I could easily make a lengthy list of reasons why Rosewood continues to stand out, but for me, it always comes back to two things: the architectural richness of the property, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality of the people who bring it to life. Baan Pila is owned by two French women. One of the owners is a partner in a restaurant we recommend called Bouang. They are located walking distance to the night market. We enjoyed the mango room. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed using the free bikes available to explore the town.

Very, very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and well appointed suite room. Breakfast was amazing, the location is perfect and the staff is awesome. I've stayed here before and I'll definitely stay here any time I go to Vientiane. Thanks to Ton and Da at the front desk for all of their advice on what to do and where to go!

Wonderful staff, all so very welcoming, friendly and helpful with everything we needed. A lovely room with private balcony, mini fridge, tea pot, amazing breakfasts with both Lao and western foods- lots of fruits! Bikes available to borrow, clean small swimming pool. River access. Beautiful landscape and easy access to city center via bamboo bridge ( except in monsoons). Love this place and will definitely return!

A very nice resort type property located along the river with a great pool, delicious restaurant and very accommodating staff. Generous sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very walkable into town. Nice quiet relaxing place to unwind. Among the better choices in Vang Vieng

Back story..I've been an airline attendant for 32 years and am also an SPG Platiumum member. The 4 night stay at this boutique in Luang Prabang came after 11 nights in top quality Sheraton hotels in three different countries.. all part of three weeks touring SE Asia. I know my hotels.. This hotel was AWESOME! I had months to plan the hotels and airline travel, so I read every possible review and picked the most convenient flights, lowest prices and best hotels for the money. This particular...

Good

Hotel was new, opened in early 2017. I was upgraded to a spacious room with a view of the pool. Bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a tub and separate toilet. Bed was comfortable. Room has a small stocked fridge, coffee maker and safe. Closet had very limited storage space, basically two drawers, which may be adequate for a single traveler for a short stay. There was a linen storage space near the top but only accessible to a very tall person. Hotel was very nice, especially the...

Amazing stay. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was also flexible with checkout and even arranged my drop-off at the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful resort, kind staff, peaceful and relaxing

Terrific long weekend "escape" to Luang Prabang. Enjoyed biking around the town and lazily floating down the Mekong in a boat. The hotel is perfect...just far enough from town to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to explore the UNESCO World Heritage town. Hotel provides mountain bikes and "family" bikes. Has a beautiful pool where you can escape the humidity/heat during the day. And the food at the hotel was some of the best I've had in SE Asia. I had a lovely room overlooking the...

Simply a nice peaceful stay with great support from the staff. Their driver ended up taking us on a nearly full day tour of Kuang Si Falls and everything in between!

The location of the property is very unique as it is across a small river from the main town. You reach the town by a small boat or bamboo bridge. It gives the property a very relaxed and quiet ambiance.

Lovely hotel minutes from downtown/main street Luang Prabang, yet far enough away to have it be quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for 4 nights as a family - 2 adults in a Junior Suite king & 2 children in a Junior Suite twin and it was wonderful. Every detail has been thought about in the surroundings and there are sitting/gathering nooks and beautiful objects around every corner. It was fun to explore all the 'public yet private' spaces of this hotel. Rooms were large and beautifully and...
