「Cozy cabin in a piece of paradise place. Easy check in and checkout. Friendly and helpful staff. 」

「Everything was great!One minor issue but it was all good, sometimes you do things that need to get done! Easy check in because I was a little worried, but it went smoothly! I will definitely stay again!!! Only downside was parking, with the construction of another building right there, parking was tight for a guest. I hope they will rectify once all the building is complete!! 」

「At first, it appeared that housekeeping had forgotten to clean the room. Once this was reported to the manager, she came and changed all the bed linen, including providing a new mattress cover! She brought more towels and straightened the room herself. Not only that, she compted us one night of our stay! 」

「Clean, comfortable with the essentials. A little noisy but they provided a sound machine, which was a nice touch. Great communication. 」

「Very easy to go to and from Carowinds and discounted tickets was a bonus. Cabin suites what you’re there for but walls are thin. 」
