"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

"Amazing stay. Great central location and easy to find. There are two Faletti hotels in the area so make sure to ask for the right one. This one is opposite the Press Club. Convenient location with good food shops nearby! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Even the Hotel Manager came and introduced himself to me :-) "

"The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!"

"Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions.
