「First of all, it was an ordeal to get picked up from the airport. And after being dropped out to go to customer relations sitting area, was not greeted with a drink like the site specifically states. Hotel was a ghost town, our room had musty, smelly sheets on bed, the shower did not drain so that it caused a huge mess on floor that we had to put towels down. The only 2 towels in the room for us. The young man we talked to about this acted as if it happens in every room. It was not an enjoyable...

「The morning spread was truly impressive—fresh, delicious, and well worth waking up for. However, the rest of the stay was let down by the staff’s slow response. Getting timely room cleaning or basic items delivered was a struggle. If they can fix the service side, this place would be great.」
