「TV stations were very limited, either that or I don't know how to operate the remote control. Would have been nice to have some sort of instruction booklet.」

「I am handicapped and asked the front desk manager if I could have a ground floor room he said no very hard for me to climb the stairs. If I would’ve known, they did not have an elevator. I would’ve not stayed there. The step was great there was no breakfast and they have an indoor pool and my kids swim.」

「Bathroom was gross, the toilet to be specific. The room smelled like cigarettes. I get it’s a casino hotel, but smelled like people were smoking in my room. To get checked in was horrendous. Huge traveling group. I get it, but no thought to queue up a second line for people not part of the group.」
