「Excelente ubicación, recámara muy muy pequeña y espacio nulo para ropa, excelente actitud de todos, pero servicio exageradamente lento. Les falta un buen curso de servicio al cliente, aunque tengan una muy buena actitud y buenas intenciones; me extraña el tipo de servicio (lento lento !!) siendo un hotel Índigo. Fuera de estos 2 puntos todo muy bien y toda la gente que trabaja también muy atenta !!」

La primera noche nos quedamos en un bungalow y lamentablemente nos tuvimos que cambiar en la madrugada porque nos despertó un olor muy fuerte que provenía del baño, pero nos cambiaron de habitación a una mejor sin costo extra entre otros beneficios. Volvería a ir sin dudarlo pero me quedaría en una habitación y no en un bungalow」

「The property is lovely, clean and near everything you’d want. The rooms are clean and well maintained. My beef is with the fact that I booked the “Master Suite” that looked like two rooms with single large beds, a big sectional type couch, and a kitchen with a long bar/island. That’s not the room I ended up with. When I brought it up with the front desk, the pointed me to the room description. To me, the room I see in the purchase, should be the room I get. With that said, we would stay here...

「Entre el 15 de junio a las 16:30, la chica que me atendió lo hizo con malos modales como si estuviera enojada, la habitación requiere un poco de mantenimiento no salía agua fría del lavabo, el soporte para el papel higiénico casi cayéndose, el colchón todo flojo, se nota que ya tiene mucho tiempo de uso, en fin es un hotel al que no regresaré y no lo recomiendo.」
