「A very disappointed experience! I booked this resort on Hotels.com, which clearly mentioned the room was equipped with private onsen. However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. This is totally unacceptable and disappointed that we drove so far to here and they couldnt provide this particular service, with no compensation and...

「They included parking, and the room is big and clean. They also had free ice cubes and a lovely onsen that face to the seaview. The only thing is that there was a dead cockroach at my room entrance」

「Staying this hotel for 2 days was the best decision I made.it's really convient to go to spots and bus station and supermarket.and it's also quite at night and had good sleep.Manager is also very very friendly and warm,I can speak Japanese not too much, but when I was confused we can communicate throught translate apps.We talked much and gave me lots of information.I wish I could come here again....

「The house was prefect! The view from the house is magnificent! Check-in went smoothly. Host is helpful. I asked many questions before arrival to the house. Location is great for us, nice and quiet, but not too far from supermarket and tourist attractions (less than 5mins drive to Yunotsubo Street) . The place is clean and facilities are fully equipped. One downside - we thought we could bbq because there is an outdoor bbq place but actually it’s prohibited. My kids loved the house, so we will...

「The price is for sleep only. But it was good enough for me. The place is close to the station and very convenient.」
