"Honestly a very disappointing hotel. Online it looks lovely but the reality of metal construction without insulation means a boiling hot room that the AC can’t counteract and from others walking. The restaurant was comparable to Faulty Towers! We ordered a bottle of wine and after waiting for 15mins we’re told they didn’t have it, other drinks on the menu weren’t available, food was actually lovely but arrived at random times and the staff looked perplexed when asked anything. "it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...
