「The hotel feels very modern, even though I could tell from the pool that it is an older location. Speaking of the pool, you don't often find hotel pools in a sunroom anymore and it was really cool that this location still has one. The gym in the basement is very sleek and honestly just a treat. Rooms and hotel location overall was very quiet. You are close to food options but it's a little bit of a maze to get to them. Overall I really loved the place.」

「One my wife got to the hotel the room they gave her was dirty and had no internet. She asked the staff if she could switch rooms they obliged but the second one she got was dirty and had cockroach’s. She asked again if they can move her to a cleaner room and they did it wasn’t to dirty but the key card they gave her didn’t work for the room. I tried to get in contact with the manager but she was never in so they provided her email but unfortunately it wasn’t a valid email to contact.」

「I've stayed at the Baymont (formerly the Oxford Inn) for many years. I wouldn't consider another place. It's always clean and quiet, all rooms open on to the Yakima River. It is easy freeway access, centrally located.」

「The manager, Vanessa went above and beyond or me. She provided customer service that exceeded my expectations, and I have spent months in hotels for various remote work projects over the years. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the grounds were clean, and the parking was secure via a gated parking area. The other members of the staff were friendly and helpful as well.」
