「floor is not cleaned，breakfast were horrible」

「I had a "accessible" room - I did not need it but it was just less expensive. But I was on the 3rd floor. Do you really want to put someone who has mobility issues on the 3rd floor? If there was a fire, not sure how they would get out. Also know that the accessible rooms have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. Not great. The breakfast was acceptable but not great. I stayed at another Comfort Inn the night before and its breakfast was much better. Coffee that was pretty...

「We ended up cutting our losses and not staying there. We felt very uncomfortable when we got there to get the keys. We tried calling when we got there to check in and the number was disconnected. A guy who stayed on the property was there and didn’t know that someone had booked a room. We had found out that a worker there was suicidal two days prior to us getting there.
