「1.They prepared very very poor breakfast for guests , even basic coffee is cold , I could not believe it is a 5-stars hotel, and it charged usd 150/per night.It is not worthy at all.
2.The staff in the reception is very cool, proud attitude and no smile . That made us feel that we are not welcome.」
