「The bed is so comfortable and the shower pressure is fantastic. Good sized rooms. Location is great, close to bazaars, museum and Yasar patisserie is beside the hotel. Staff were helpful. And they offer valet parking」

「It is really a very good hotel standing strong in the Earthquake village. All the Buildings around the hotel are gone in earthquake but very minor to no damage to the hotel. It is also a huger hotel with all the facilities. But cost was quite bit high compared to similar hotels in adjacent cities.」

「havuz kapalı denildi girmemize izin verilmedi. duş başlığı kireçten tıkanmış başlığı söküp yıkandık. klimada yeterli düzeyde soğutmuyor. görüntüsü kadar kalite bulamadık. kahvaltıda çok zayıf idi. tereyağı bile konmamış sipariş verecez bitti denildi.」

「Ein profitorientiertes Hotel. Die Anreise war wegen bis zu 50 cm Schnee nicht möglich. Stornieren war nicht möglich, das Hotel bestand darauf die volle Summe zu kassieren. Keine Umbuchung, keine Rückerstattung! Unmenschlich!」

「Es liegt sehr zentral Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten um die Ecke. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüffet ganz in Ordnung das einzige Nachteil in Sauberkeit müssen sie noch dazu lernen aber die Putzfrau hat sofort geputzt 」
