「Terrible! The hotel was closed and we had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. The hotel ceased trading in 12th September and nobody told us! I am very angry and demand complete refund!」

「It was closed. I was waiting behind door at 19.01, as instructions says. Nobody answered, even call. I must leave from there, and find new place before darkness and night... it was nightmare, unfortunately. Driving for next place 64 km, it was not relevant....」

The hotel is set inside a beautifully restored historic building just steps from Plaza Mayor, making it perfect for exploring Trujillo on foot. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Alba was warm, welcoming, and made everything easy. Overall, an excellent stay in a charming location — we’d happily return.」

「Sitio ideal en el mismo centro de Trujillo, nos ha gustado mucho tanto la ubicación como el alojamiento en si, teniendo además una piscina pequeña para poder bañarte y refrescarte, que haciendo el calor que hace en Trujillo, es un punto muy a su favor.」

Los desayunos de Laura y su alegría mañanera, la tranquilidad, la decoración de las casitas, modernas y tradicionales a un tiempo, la casa principal, el lagar, el chucho que tienen por ahí rondando… ¡todo nos encantó! Llegamos cansados y nos fuimos llenos de energía. Volveremos.」

「Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!」
