"The bed was lumpy, pillows were flat and terrible. The pool, hot tub, and ice machine was out of service. The phone in my room did work so I had to call the front desk from my phone when the smoke detector in my room was chirping at 4:00am! It was not a good experience. "

"It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
