"Excellent traditional hotel with onsen and strict no shows inside pomicy. They offer many nice little gratuities that make one feel appreciated: probiotic veberage in the morning, ice cream in the afrernoon and soup at night. The fact that guests are encouraged to walk freely in the hotel wearing pjs is very funny. Room is not big but comfortable if you are ok with low beds. Locarion is grest! Uh"

"We had a lovely stay in this hotel with our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a 4 bed room, and just enough space for suitcases. The highlight was the bathroom - it was the biggest bathroom of our Japan trip - 2 basins, and the best shower ever! Highly recommend staying here if you are going to Kanazawa. Its really close to the Castle, gardens and markets. An easy 18 minute walk from the Shinkensen station too, so we didnt bother with taxis. The online checkin and checkout wasnt too painful, so dont let that put you off. I did read all the negative reviews here - but that wasnt our experience. This was the best hotel for our needs in Kanazawa, and very reasonably priced. "

"The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible - some of the best local delights we enjoyed during our entire trip throughout Japan! The hotel was super clean and the rooms were modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Central location. Easy walk from the train station without having to cross any major roads. Walking distance to the castle and gardens. Omichio market just nearby. Many good restaurants too. Hotel is clean. Breakfast although busy has very good selection. Check in took a while as there were many guests so have to take a number. Free coffee and matcha latte which is an absolute plus. The bathroom is superb with powerful all body shower. The laundry room does get very busy though. Overall, enjoyed staying here! Thank you."

"Amazing hotel to stay in. Room was of decent size and food facilities like microwave available on level 7 and ice machines etc. Tons of free sundry goodies. Free drinks (including sake and wines) from 4-8pm everyday. Location was ideal, next to the bus stop and walking distance to key places to see such as the Samurai district. Highly recommended hotel to stay in while your visit in Kanazawa"

"On bus line and close to convenience stores, etc. And some interesting shops featuring made in Japan products. Hotel is typical business hotel. Staff is very careful with holding luggage for you before check in or after check out. They took care to keep it secure. We appreciated their thoroughness."
