「這間並不是酒店，只是民宿須要和業主聯絡入住，可惜我已通知我的飛機時間，但在地下有位不董英文的管理員下協助，得知須要等她1.5小時才能入住，須付100美元按金，約定check out 時間，我等了半小時她仍未出現，我們又要趕長途巴士所以令我們十分困擾，最後我們決定將鎖匙留在管理處，自行离開到長途巴士站，幸好她在我們上車前送回按金。 屋是住得舒適，但入住麻煩，check out 擾人。 」

「Foi uma experiência deliciosa. Passamos 3 dias dos quais vamos guardar lindas memórias. Fomos muito bem recebidos e o lugar é simplesmente excelente, passávamos o dia em passeios e ao chegar no quarto era como se chegássemos em casa. No domingo de Páscoa realizamos um delicioso Café da manhã com o grupo de amigos que viajavam conosco e isso só foi possível devido a maravilhosa acomodação e prática cozinha que tínhamos a nossos dispor. Obrigada, e quando puder voltaremos!」

「Washer and Dryer was a great thing to have. Location is perfect. Windows could use a clean from outside, other than that it was perfect. Nice view of Kennedy Park」

Me salvaron con mucha flexibilidad cuando estaba encerrado entre dos puertas, una exterior y la otra interior, por mi culpa de no checar de antemano que la puerta exterior no estaba cerrada con llave. Muy buen lugar, volveré aquí cada vez que vengo a Lima.」

「The address number listed on Expedia site and info messaged says 363 which does not exist. The correct address is 351. The microwave was not working properly but we were able to use one downstairs. The fridge leaked a little water from somewhere every few days no idea why as we had nothing in the fridge that would spill. But overall was a great apt to stay in Miraflores. Security at front door to buzz people in and out made it feel very safe. Great location. Would stay here again. 」

「Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone...
