「Very nice place. Natural mineral water in the hot tub. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast and lots of room in the breakfast area. Hard working staff and just a very nice place to stay for 3 nights. I would stay there again.」

The room had a small what looked like blood stain on one of the sheets, the head boards looked like they had dry rot. The dirty was dirty and the window was dirty. We went down to the check-in and asked for our money back and went to another hotel. She said she gave my my money back on my card and it showed up that she did BUT, the next day it was charged again! How do I get my money back?! This...

「We had to call to get someone to get us and other guests checked in. The cabin was dirty! The floor around the toilet needed repair, cold water only in the shower, cabinet doors were falling off the cabinets. Overall, terrible condition. I will never stay there again and I will tell anyone who asks to not stay there.」
