「Very relaxing!」

「Overall an excellent stay. The decor is dated, but it is clean and the beds are super comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk that the hotel will be updated sometime in 2026.」

「Facilities are well lite. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sofia always makes guest feel welcomed. Rooms are clean and stocked with refrigerator/freezer, small coffee maker, TV, ironing board, hangers, toiletries. Laundromat on premise and workout room. Breakfast is a good value!」

「Had to check out early. Front desk told my husband we would have to contact Expedia to get our refund. Expedia tried contacting the hotel and they would not answer/reply to any of their messages.」

「Do not eat at the Nietos Mexican Restaurant next door. All I ordered was queso and chips. Queso was vivid orange like cheeze whip, lumpy and got cold quickly. The chips are not fresh. Malakoff is just down the road.... The front desk clerk was nice but got impatient because I don't hear well and she had to repeat a lot. Those sconce lights are really bright. Could use a dimmer option. Overall, my stay was good. I would stay there again.」

「Very clean house. Communication with the host was great. They did let us know that the lake was low prior to us coming. Even without water the views were pretty and we saw a golden eagle land in the backyard. There are a couple of good fishing spots close by that were easy to drive to. Very peaceful and was a much needed getaway. 」
