「This is a little gem of a boutique hotel very close to the Ganges. The neighborhood is a little rough, but transportation can take you nearly to the front door and once through it, you’re transported into a world of elegance and comfort. The chef in the restaurant is first class and the food absolutely superb. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with plenty of amenities. The views were sensational across the valley. And the Staff were helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Highly...

「Clean room」

「Lovely, traditional boutique mansion on banks of Ganga. Lots of in house activities. Private ghat, where railings can trap some flotsam. Buffet Indian and Continental breakfast.」

「Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful」

「Helpful staff, clean property and pleasant stay」

From Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Parking to the hotel walk is challenging if you have heavy bags or strollers as the area is heavily crowded area). Though the...

「Not a worth」

「Average」

「Not worth the price. The balcony is shared by several rooms, which the listing doesn't mention. The lift is old and has a manual gate, so if it isnt closed properly you are stuck」

「Very less option in food」

However, after arriving, the hotel manager refused to provide the AC room/service and did not give any proper explanation. When I asked what I was supposed to do after booking and paying for an AC room, the manager simply refused to help and even made an unprofessional remark along the lines of “itne paise mein AC kahan se milega?” This is completely...
