「The room was clean. Staff didn’t come and clean the room daily. The bathroom needs updating and could use some tlc. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast sent to the room was okay.」

「This property is in a great location right on the bay. We stayed for four days. You can hear other guests talking in the room next door and the hallways so not great sound insulation. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast food was average. The lady working in the breakfast area was super friendly and helpful. We had terrible wifi in our room. There were one or two spots in the room where it worked well. The balcony had no connectivity. This was a pain more than anything, but if...

They get the little details right: cookies in the reception, a welcome note, a night light in the bathroom, steamer instead of an iron, easy parking on site.」
