「Unique “hotel” right on the water. Nothing over the top special. An easy staff, staff were friendly, and the room was nice. It is a louder place if you’re seeking quietness, lots of kids running around and yelling even in the early morning. Breakfast is a cold box breakfast of your choosing delivered to door each morning of your stay.」

「The resort was very clean and had a beautiful view of the golf course. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and activities. The private beach and pool were also wonderful. Will definitely go back.」

「The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located and a short drive to downtown Traverse City.」

「I am disabled and go to bed early and the hotel put us in the room directly above a wedding reception that was playing loud music all evening. The room was also freezing at set at 62 degrees. Finally got moved to another room and got a heater from the hotel. Wasn’t what I paid for and no price accumulation was given for the smaller bed and room.」

「Great being right on the beach with a balcony! The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and professional as were the front desk staff. I felt that the property could a little TLC. Nothing major, just more wear and tear than I remember from previous stays.」

「A view that is certainly unbeatable, however if you are a clean freak or cannot tolerate some bugs and/or typical lake-front property critters, this is not your spot. General cleanliness or the floors, corners, and bathroom area was suboptimal but manageable for 2 nights. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced, short getaway and can tolerate those minor things.」
