「Shower ceiling has alot of soap scum or whatever that yellow discoloration is. The shower water didn't really give a lot of heat. Other than that, excellent.」

「The staff were quite helpful, and all had a positive attitude! The property was not well maintained, and it was not clean, so I was quite disappointed. I don't blame staff as I stated earlier, they were quite helpful and tried their best to address issues...there were just so many challenges.
