「Wir blieben auf der Durchreise vom Kruger NP in die Drakensberge eine Nacht in Ermelo. Das sehr günstige Zimmer war überraschend groß, sehr stylish mit langem Durchgang zum Bad, schwarzen Steintafeln an den Wänden... Aufgrund der tollen Fotos auf der Website haben wir uns gleich zum Abendessen angemeldet. 「We arrived, the owner refused to open saying Hotels.com never sent her the confirmation. when finally we proved we had paid, we were allowed in after over an hour of sitting outside and the gate was not working. The area was difficult to find and was not in a safe area. The rooms were not as in the pictures, the water was cold. the staff were very unfriendly and inhospitable. The venue was also undergoing renovations and was incredibly dusty and unsafe.」
