「I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. 「Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price....

「Overall poor experience. Not cleanly. Inaccurate listing, particularly as it relates to the airport shuttle. Lights went out often. Walls and windows are super thin. No rest - could hear everything. Poor outdoor lighting. 」
