「I had a disappointing experience with this property, primarily due to poor communication and inconsistent customer service. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. 「It is a very beautiful home」

「The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

「Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!」
