「We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty.」

「Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...
