「The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. What a great location, the parking and breakfast was good. The room was well kept and I was very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend those visiting this area to consider staying here as it is also very charming. I also enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise, it was great place to see it.」

「Sandra is a wonderful host. Nice play for a night stay on our way from Spain to Portugal」

「A typical good rural cottage, with a helpful owner (use Google translate!), a basic breakfast is served, and there are full self-catering faciliies. It is well signposted and accessed by a short gravel road. It is a 20 minute walk into the new village for a bar/cafeteria meal (the old village is a bit further away and that was a famous Peninsular War battle site, but now it has nothing else).」
