「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「The hotel located in the city centre and close to many shops and restaurant. The room is spacious but quite aged, it provided all you need. My room included breakfast, it's ok, could have more juice and hot food options. The hotel is not a resort but it charged me for resort fee. Be reminded to use the credits from the room purchase.」

「Staff was 10/10 everyone was so helpful and friendly. Location 10/10 we travelled with children and the location was ideal for many historical attractions. The only thing was the room was on the broad street side and the walls are thin so we could hear everything going on outside even at the late hours at night. Also, the plumbing for the toilet was very slow. Overall an excellent experience would stay here again」
