「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「Would have liked to give a better rating, but there were just too many isssues with our stay. There was no tv remote in our room. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told someone would get back to us, which they did not. There was no hand soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, and no body wash in the shower. There were leftover Chinese takeout containers in the refrigerator, which were starting to leave an odor. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and we were not sure why it was so low to...
