"Very impressed! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. Our room didn't have a microwave so I asked and they got me one. It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was great! Eggs everyday we were there and then added sausage on the weekend days. I was very satisfied but when you factor in what I paid, it becomes even more impressive! Would have been nice if the laundry was working but that wasn't a make or break thing. Would highly recommend."

"We arrived pretty late in the evening and the hotel’s system had been down. The front desk lady was amazingly kind, and explained the situation. The system came back up about the time we had arrived so she was working through updating the rooms that she had manually had to do for hours. She was quick to help us and get us to our room with a warm smile and she upgraded us for a wait. She even had an extremely rude food delivery driver come in and yelled about not having elevators but she remained calm and collected. Give this woman a raise! The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy (but need different options for pillows - all of them were super fluffy and hard to sleep on if used to sleeping with something more in line with neck). Great one night stay and would stay here again. "

"Hands down, Gerald (hotel manager) always went above and beyond, delivering world class service and engaging with guests. I typically stay at Marriott properties, and my decision for future stats, will lean towards HIE…esp this location. Also, Alice the breakfast ambassador is by far the most efficient, friendly, and attentive employee I have come across in that role. She knows her stuff, and makes us leaving taken care of and well nourished. It’s not just the food selection, but the attention to keep all items fully stocked, tables clean, and the experience she delivers consistently every time I interact with her. And thx to Brenda and Luis for their solid competence handling my reservations and level of service. "

"I stayed two nights for a surgical procedure I had at Emory. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there is actual flooring in the guest rooms instead of carpet. I wish there were more hotels that have this anti allergen design!"
