「Nous venons depuis plusieurs années et nous avons une nette dégradation de l'expérience client perçue. Une mention très spéciale pour l'accueil ai restaurant le 1er soir, avec une responsable au comportement inacceptable, par la condescendance spontanée permanente. Ceci nous aura fait décider de be plus aller au restaurant de notre séjour. Des petites attentions ont disparues, comme la bouteille d'eau dans frigo... Ebenso das Terrassen-Restaurant, wo man auch frühstücken kann. Dies hat natürlich alles seinen Preis, denn für eine Woche bezahlte ich für 2 Personen ca. 1.670,00 Euro nür Nächtigung.
