「Pool was being remodeled during busiest season (??) and gym was old tucked away on a different floor. Couldn’t find a running water fountain or an ice machine that worked in 3 days. Valet dudes were great but besides the view and access to beach not much else to recommend.」

「We enjoyed the pool and the hotel was nice. Sitting at the pool you do feel like you are on the landing zone of Naples airport. Planes flying over are VERY loud. The restaurant could not let my daughter order a pizza without toppings. It had to be the honey glaze pizza that was on the menu. We went somewhere else due to this. I thought it was strange they couldn’t modify such a simple thing. I would mainly not stay here because of the noise from the planes. The complimentary breakfast was nice...

「Location was quiet and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice, and extras such as toiletry, coffee pods, and water provided. Owners of the unit we had need to do some carpentry adjustments on shelves/drawers in kitchen and bath - don’t close properly. Overall, we were were happy and would stay again.」

「We loved this property! Our suite was clean. The staff, especially Emy, was very helpful. The cook is top notch! Hot breakfast every morning and on Mon, Tues, Wed, she puts out food at dinner (5:30pm) for people to meet one another. We used the pool, gym (has a filtered water bottle filler), business center computers and printing, BBQ grill. All were great. Some tips: pool has fountains! You have to ask staff to turn them on. There is a fire pit outdoors. Easy to use. The BBQ grills are easy to...

「All of the staff was very kind and helpful. They were also very responsive in everyway: housekeeping, golf cart pick-up, food service. The room was lovely and full of traditional hotel items and information. Love the slippers! Two things we wish you had a bar or small cafe where we could purchase food drink in the hotel part of the complex at night. When we were there, a bad rainstorm hit and we couldn't get to the club area. The adult pool area was very nice, however with the overhead...
