"Currently very dirty. I felt so sorry for the cleaners I made sure to leave a 5 Euro per day tip for their hard work but even the best cleaners could not keep up with the dirt around this property currently. There is messy reconstruction of the onsite pool, a big port construction project right across the street and a total remodel of a big hotel next door. Plus sand from the beach blows in and people do not clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk to the beach. Yuck. Many dogs in hotel shed hair that gets on your clothes. Parents hold infants in dirty clothes over the food in the breakfast room while filling their plates. No screens on windows."

"The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty."

"Reception English was extremely limited, which was of course our problem. Parking provided was extremely confusing and involved my husband climbing out to move a big metal bar. Perhaps written English instructions would be useful. The sound of trickling water (radiators) was very difficult to sleep with. They however did find my kindle to return to us, which we are extremely thankful for."

"We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. We swam, we played table tennis, we wandered around the grounds - everything was delightful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We would like to return to Les Manoirs again some day. "When we booked we sent a message asking if we would be able to check in at 23.30hrs butt we never received a reply. When we arrived we were unable to access the car park as the gate was locked. We had to wait for an existing guest to return home. We were able to check in at a 24hr kiosk but still had no code for the gate. An email in advance would have been appreciated and very helpful. Thankfully another guest let ys in the gate. Room was clean, quiet and adequate. "
