「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Clean, stylish hotel in great location. Only complaint was that roof top bar was closed for renovation but there was no mention of this when we booked. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Overall, would still highly recommend.」

「The room was showing its age. Some staining on chair & there was a stale funny smell on our entire floor & room. The drain in sink was full of hair so not well cleaned & draining was slow. A/C took a long time to cool room. For the price I would’ve gone to a different hotel. Would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in lobby as w E didn’t have much time to go in restaurant for a single cup. Parking for valet was a Bit tight with traffic zooming by.」

「A very nice extended stay hotel. Only stayed for the weekend to go to Kings Island. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will add to my rotation of hotels to check when going to Cincinnati.」
