「The rooms weren’t well maintained and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The biggest problem was AC did not work well and made noises (most definitely pigeons nesting). Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「Everything was fine except that lady receptionist and his staffs , so rude z like they're giving us favour, bro we paid for that」

「New King by Backpackers Heaven offers a comfortable and pleasant stay with its clean rooms and convenient location. The hotel is well-maintained and suitable for both short and long stays. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth experience for guests. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for value and comfort.」
