「非常差的体验完全不像五星级酒店首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时效率非常低下在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰我们订的是面山的套房外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎没有清理房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束我们迟到了大概几分钟工作人员直接说关闭了想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭酒店交通特别不方便没有任何大巴只能坐的士或者是当地的公共汽车但没地方放行李还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵单程要50欧托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票没有跟我确认任何身份信息结果将我老婆名字打错第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时出门去前台没有服务生帮忙拿行李两个特大箱子过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思赶到前台告诉服务员弄错了她结果不慌不忙的查邮件搞了好久找不到才催她快点她才打电话结果两分钟就弄好了...

「The most beautiful hotel i have seen, and specially for the price point in Seychelles. Great facilities, great amount of restaurant options. great location. Best breakfast in Seychelles. The rooms are so beautiful and everything is so fresh and new. The design is super well thought of. I would really recommend. Only downside is that outsiders have the possibility to pay for a day pass in the resort which leads to the pool area to be pretty full in the weekend with a lot of young kids screaming....

「We've stayed at many Four Seasons but this was the best thus far. The rooms themselves might have been the best of any hotel we've stayed in and we're not casual travelers. Super spacious, views you can stare at for weeks, and a staff that you can't compare to any other hotel. 」

「We stayed at the pool villa - Flambwayan, for a week and from the first moment we arrived and until we left, we had not one complaint or bad thing to say about this gem of a hotel. 「因为是在单独的一个岛上，所以，远离MAHE，远离Praslin, la degue但坐船出发到MAHE需要10分钟吧，很快。只是每天免费的船次只有一般，让人觉得太不贴心了。其他时间要加钱10欧元单次。如果只是想静静的找个地方，我认为这里比较合适，自然环境相当棒，小别墅，一共22栋。邻居都隔的很远，可是装修就是一般般了，有点陈旧，吧台啦，就餐区啦，还有前台啦，都是比较质朴和陈旧。但依然很干净的。服务也相当的好，相当好。对于塞舌尔整体偏贵，因为都是欧洲人度假的圣地，当初选这里也是因为其他全满了。不过比起HOTEL，而且不是五星HOTEL来说，我还是宁可选这里。但是以旅行为目的的，就不太合适了。行动不方便。」
