「Absolutely not a 4-star hotel in terms of service (sometimes friendly, sometimes literally atrocious), breakfast quality (staff are kind but food quality is like at a hostel - the breads are all stale, like hard as a rock, and there is very little selection), and overall hotel condition (things are falling apart, eg our door had to be yanked open and shut, and throughout the hotel everything is old, paint is peeling, etc etc).
