"Initially during check-in, the experience was good. But at night around 10:00lm, the AC stopped blowing cold air; my husband called the front desk for it to be checked out and posibly repaired, my husband was told some one was coming. Up until 5:00am during exiting the hotel, no one showed up to repair the Air Conditioning. The room was very hot, the lobby sitting area had mosquitoes during the night. We did not expect such from this reputable hotel. Greetings,"

"Tres moyen pour un trois etoiles. Rien d extraordinaire en dehors d un petsonnel tres gentil et avenants. Taximens attachés ou affiliés a l hotel sont de veritables escrocs. Pas de tarifs. Ils font tout pour vous soutirer un maximum d argent. La direction de l hotel devrait les reguler pour sa reputation."

"L'hôtel est de 1984 et pratiquement à l'abandon seul le personnel est très agréable mais sinon l'établissement par lui-même qui est la propriété du gouvernement soit disant a été rénové en 2011 mais tout est dans un état déplorable du reste il n'y a plus de clients. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful.
