"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and well-pressured. Breakfast was pretty good. However, on some of the days we were there they shut down the elevators for repair, there was intermittently no water, and the pool was closed. That all may have just been a bad day. The thing that will not improve is the sound proofing. I could hear everyone in the rooms near me - even the guy across the hall on the phone. Both our doors were shut and he was not screaming. "
