「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

「The facilities were beautiful and the reception when I arrived was beyond expectation. The service everywhere in the resort was fantastic and the Elizabeth at the spa was wonderful. 「I can't find fault with this lovely hotel! Right on the beach, spotless throughout, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, fabulous food. Nessebar old town a 20 minute walk along the boardwalk, fabulous for some strolling, shopping and eating delicious food. I would 100% recommend this Hotel.」

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Our room was smelling of paint when we checked in. The airconditioner in our room doesn't work which made it difficult to sleep at night. We were told they were working on it but doing an online seach revealed this is an ongoing issue based on many guest comments to the extent the stopped advertising they have airconditioning, altough some rooms still have airconditioming sign on expedia info pages.
