「We arrived at 2:15, we had an appointment at 2:45. We asked to check in early for a fee. Was told there was no rooms available at all. There were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. I understand policy but don’t flat out lie. No way all empty rooms were dirty and goi g to be ready in 45 minutes. We changed in the parking lot. 「The bathroom was dirty.. lots of accumulated old dust and dirt that had been there a while. Towels were old and done were very very dingy. Lots of large spider webs in sleeping room. The floors were very dirty. Walking barefooted your feet were black quickly. Had to go to store and buy fly swatter. There were at least 15+ flys in the room to kill. 「The room smelled heavily of smoke, even the linens were smoke infused. We thought we were renting a small cabin, instead it was a room in small motel. We were assigned a room upstairs and my husband and I cannot do stairs due to knee surgeries. We asked for room downstairs and was given one for the night, the said we dont have downstairs for the second night. People above were very noisy. No onsite personnel. Uneven surfaces getting in and out to walk on...parking is iffy. 」
