"The building looks old and the staff are noisy specially during bedtime. No elevator. No free water, coffee, sugar and cream. No free toiletries. It’s accessible/walking distance to Omar Saifuddien Mosque. Jollibee and mall nearby."

"Good location amongst nearby shops and modestukj priced restaurants, cooperative desk staff , big rooms and good hard beds ( as found in China) , try the Bruneiwide well known Palm Garden Hotel ."

My solo trip to Brunei

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall. The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."
