Vacation Rentals in Brent

"Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. "
