「The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!」

「breakfast, nothing but toast and coffee. If you're going to do at least the minimal, it should be fresh pastries and coffee.」

「LeBossier Hotel truly deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating. It’s by far the nicest and most comfortable hotel in the entire Ark‑La‑Tex. The staff goes above and beyond, the rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended」

「Elevator problems made it a bit hetic」

「Fine for the most part. The bed was way too hard for our taste so we didn’t get much sleep. I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.」

「Absolutely loved staying here. Would love to rate it a 5 stars but the pool areas is why I’m only doing 4 stars. The pool itself was okay. Needs a little TLC and there were dirty towels everywhere from other people just leaving them.」

「Staff was nice enough. There are NO amenities. Our stay was from Tues. thru Sun. Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy. We had to go to the...
