「Getting into the property was a bit tricky」

「The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi information was incorrect. When I reached out to the property management, I didn’t get any reply. Other than that, everything was good.」

「Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep」

「The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about...
