「My partner and I had an amazing time! The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing! The safari drives were very easy to book and all the guides were very knowledgeable and helped us see some amazing animals, we both enjoyed a massage at the spa which was excellent service too! It was super exciting walking to our room and seeing a family of elephants! It had a great nature feel too it and was definitely a once in a lifetime experience! I highly recommend」

「This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue」
