"I arrived to the hotel at time when several other groups of tourists were awaiting their check-in. One lady only was available to sort out this. After half an hour in the que I was told they did not see me in the booking system due to that the hotel no longer offerred reservation via Hotels.com. After some waiting and calls to the booking department from the check-in desk finally I got my room. Overall hotel is fine and reasonable to stay for a short time."

"Such a lovely place to stay. So quiet and cozy. Very helpful staff. You have an option to hire privately a sauna and swimming pool. The location is perfect as well. I definitely recommend!"

"We love the nature and simplicity of the venue as a whole. The food was great; the staff are excellent. For this particular stay; morning cook staff was a little slow and probably short staffed due to the holidays but overall it was a great trip and we will return for sure."

"I was very disappointed this time in my stay in Robinson hotel , I am a regular customer and I always do my daughter birthday i there restaurant . I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff , very slow services , staff arrogant and at the end they were trying to rip me with a false bill which they added things we didn’t took . Same was in my check out they wanted to let me pay the room although it was prepaid by expedia and they wanted to take 2 breakfast although we only took one . Very...
