「We have traveled literally all over the world and stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels . The Hampton Inn Suites was such a pleasant and unexpectedly lovely surprise. From the pleasant and efficient check -in to our very spacious King Bedroom suite( very clean, big bathroom, and kitchen area) to the lovely complimentary breakfast buffet we would definitely recommend and stay there again when our plans bring us to Bastrop.」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」

「The lady at the front desk was really patient with me .. I had just drove in from Illinois to Texas and was exhausted and not as friendly as I normally was because I paid on line then get in there and they say I owe 100 more for deposit and that was not mentioned on line and should have been and should have also been taken on line same time as well and I took it out on her and I apologize it’s not your fault I was sleep deprived and not so nice my apologies and she was so so sweet and respectful...

「We didn't use the pool but people.were using it. They did not allow pets. The front desk lady was very nice and friendly and even got us a first floor room. It was a handicap room which was okay. The only issue I had is I dropped my phone and had to move the bed so cleaning staff need to check the floor under headboard dust and dead crickets.」
