「On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this. 「Very basic hotel, the double bed was quite small. Friendly staff but we don’t speak any French and no one spoke English so we struggled to make ourselves understood - they did their best though. Great food in onsite restaurants 」
